i would be curious to know people's experience with blood type vs. adrenal and cortisol response
i have blood type O, normal-low cortisol (even when depressed etc), and find it hard to wake up
i think my adrenal glands are entirely responsible for my stress response, which is quite intense
i have heard it is the opposite for other blood types
