Neurontin - a bitter sweet med

I take 1200Mgs of Neurontin per day. I have for over a year. For me, the drug amplifies my other meds and then it neutralizes those same meds! So I have to adjust the Neurontin every week to open up its filter to allow the other meds to come through! It drives me nuts! Has `anybody else experienced this? Thus my relationship with Neurontin is bitter sweet. I tried to go off of it recently and freaked out after a couple of days.
