withdrawl

If I've only taken trazadone for one week, do I have to gradually taper? I actually took it once before and had a half pill 50mg left to take each night. Went up again to 200mg for five days and 300mg for two. The pharmacist is not available to ask with the hurricane. The clinic is closed.
