Scruff, it most definately could be the Wellbutrin that is causing your agitation and irritation. My husband was on it for a while, and he was unbearable! Every little thing set him off. We were told that some folks just don't respond well to the dopimine drugs. I have just started taking it with the hope of offsetting the lack of libido from the Effexor XR. I don't experience agitation - yet.
