Over a period of about three weeks I started with amineptine and a week in, added amisulpride, then the last week only amisulpride. Both at about 100mg though I was pretty erratic experimenting with dosage. I've also been drinking a lot & smoking pot which has been ongoing. If I take this seriously I hope that as little as 50mg amisulpride might enable me to give up the drinking & smoking. I didn't notice a big difference between the two except the amisulpride is longer acting, in fact I felt some mild effect even a couple weeks after stopping. I could still feel it well in the morning if I took it in the evening and it didn't interfere with my sleep or make me sleepy in the day.
