Went to p-doc who initially proposed upping Effexor, but was willing to go with Cymbalta. The p-doc was skeptical of duloxetine because his first patient bailed day 1. My prior regimen was Effexor 75mg / 1mg Klonopin. I've taken Cymbalta 60mg around 9 this morning and this first thing I noticed is less social anxiety, and more motivation, which is what I'm looking for. Of course, this could be a placebo effect, but nonetheless, duloxetine doesn't have the rough edge that Effexor XR has. I'll continue to report.
