temazepam left to sleep. They really didn't do much. i still tossed and turned. i took 15mg tem and not much happened. last night i took 15mg but ended up taking another one to sleep. i slept okay i guess. could be better. these were left over temazepam and i seriously doubt he's going to give me more. anyhow, i need to take something till i speak with him on tuesday. my husband has allergy pills(diphenhydramine hydrochloride)25mg. i've heard of taking benadryl to sleep. would these work? what would you guys recomend if not that?
