You could ask your pdoc (or pcp) for an antihistamine - I've heard they might work (temporarily); there's something called Periactin (spelling?) that is also supposed to help - not sure what kind of med it is.
The other thing I heard is to take a "med holiday" meaning don't take the med for a few days, but with PAXIL this could spell disaster because of its immediate withdrawal effects.
