I had tried clonazepam for a serious panic attack episode, but only stayed on it for two days because it gave me uncontrollable violent outbursts. I have heard that Lexapro is great for the depression anxiety combo, but I've been told that I probably can't take antidepressants because of a risk of manic episodes. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be glad to hear them.
