You may already have done this, but you might want to check with Dr. Bob at Psycho-Babble headquarters and see if there already isn't such a thread and if general insomnia fits within Psycho-Babble parameters, which I am sure it does. I made the mistake once before of taking a thread off on a tangent.......I hope you are able to do it. I have spent many years researching the subject, and its relationship to depression, and have learned a lot (not that it has made a difference!), and personally would love to share and learn from others. If this route fails, I know there are insomnia chat rooms out there, but I have never gotten involved with them.
