I read in the above post about aderall augmenting anxiety and depression, which is exactly what I'm being treated for with Neurontin...I take dexadrine spansules (30mg twice daily) for ADHD and it seems to have no negative effects that I can notice....unless its been adding to the anxiety, which I highly doubt, because we've known about this for longer than I've been on the dexadrine.
If I suffer from anxiety/depression, would it be wiser to stay on the dexadrine or would aderall be OK? (I have discussed with my pdoc the switch to Aderall because now that I'm out of college (i.e. homework), I need a stimulant less for direct focusing on work, but more for general life organization, and staying on top of things...Thanks so much
