Every so often, I think I'm wasting my money on these supplements, but all it takes is one horrific PMS cycle to realize that the extra vitamins and minerals must be doing something after all. When my supplements are well stocked, their effects often seem subtle or nonexistent, but when I run out of them, I really notice their absence!
