iv been trying to find the sorces but i just cant seem to get them again. all i know is that when i am on DXM (spiritual doses) i can just, not smoke. a pack and a half a day,ex-heroin addict,nerotic smoker just on a whim decides to throw out his ciggeretts. anyway i had very mild cravings and eneded up quiting for like a month, but when i tried quiting when i wasnt on DXM i couldnt do it all, it was damn neer imposable. anyway i started smoking for like a weekend (back up to a pack for the three days) and i quit again a few days ago. these things are horribly addictive. As for DXM there is just not enough research done on it, its more of medical enigma.
anyway ,
