The results concerning focus were good...but I got this wierd "buzz" like caffinated feeling...something that although tolerable is a hurdle when it comes to enjoying life. Does anyone else experience this? Do you think i'll just get use to it..?.

Focalin didn't last long at all..it seemed to last only 3 hours for me..and it made me incredibly jittery and anxious.. Ritalin as of the second day, seems to be improving as how I feel on it...I still don't enjoy the feeling but it seems to be a lot better then it was before..ritalin also has a bad crash for me...that lasts about 3-4 hours after school ( I usually sleep through it) I should take it again to prevent crash...but I only like taking it when I really need it..I'll talk to my p-doc for suggestions..

There are things people on this board take to prevent tolerance. I wonder if any of those would help prevent or minimize crashes.
