Thanks so much for your responses, I'll check out this information.
Just wanted to say also that I've recommended this site to another person who suffers from depression because I think this site is the best and the support and knowledge on here is better than any other.
I just wish the Psychiatrists and people treating people would make it their business to make "themselves" a bit more knowledgeable.
