Thanks to both of you for your advice and suggestions. I have started taking Agnus Castus today to help regulate prolactin release. Fingers crossed it will work!
I tried to come off Sulpiride onto Abilify and it was a nightmare of anxiety and hallucinations so I am staying on Sulpiride for the next eight months, regardless of high prolactin.
