Hunger pains w/Wellbutrin Trileptal and other

I have gone off anafranil for a little over a week. I have been on that for a year. I started last thursday two drugs called wellbutrin 150mg a day and trileptal 300mg twice a day. What i need to know if anyone knows the side effects that might occur with the anafranil? What are the side effects of wellburtrin and trileptal that anyone has had. I have hunger pains after i eat. I really hope they go away.
