Submit to everything around you. Realize that you have absolutely no control. Move into witness mind with the absolute determination to watch what's happening around you from a distance and the determination to not judge what is happening.

Learn to love yourself the way you are, both parts, the part that wants to rage and the part that wants to serve and experience happiness. Resoloving the conflict beween the two. Do yoga or walk in a thankful mind. Giving thanks for everything around you and everything you are.

Being thankful is truely a life changing experience. You will be amazed at how positive your life can become. Walk. Walk. Walk and be thankful while you walk. You will feel so good that this will release and you will realize how your anger has protected you. It's but up a wall so that you can distance yourself from others and the potential of hurting you.

Maybe an antidepressant and an anti anxiety drug like effexor?

But really work on what I described. I practice this approach on a daily basis and it is a very powerful practice. I can separate my true self and distance my mind and watch what is happening around me when I get aggravated and just let go of what's happening and the need to participate. When you can do that you'll actually be amused at the unnecessary drama that's unfolding right before you're eyes and then come back to loving the wonderful fact that you are a spark of universal energy that exists eternaly.

I know I sound like a quack, but healing this suffering is very practical work. Things like writing, giving thanks -even for that which angers and frustrates you, walking and trying to love yourself even when you don't believe it are the fastest and most potent ways to resolve this. Combine it with a good medication and watch the healing unfold. It will change your life forever and for the better.

All the best,
starlight
