I took a small dose twice a day for a while, the doc thought it would help my ADD and depression. At first I liked it, then I relized it made me more forgetful and when it first kicked in I would was not very nice. My brother put it as: I was writing checks with my mouth that my butt(put nicely) couldn't cash.
Sometimes it would help me sleep, other nights I would lay awake half the night.
I couldn't take the spacyness, so I stopped taking it. Seemed like I gained some weight on it too.
