I find that in the case of lithium
(maybe other drugs are different)
i sometimes feel the symptoms of toxicity;
I then skip a cap for a day to bring
the blood/brain level down. Unfortunately,
the next day, i often get headache or
vertigo in the back of the head where i
once had the head injury incident (stroke
or seizure or lithium o.d. - don't know).I'm sort of stuck between a rock and a hard
place because i would like to lower the
lithium dose but only slightly by cutting
a cap every two weeks or so. Is this a bad
idea?tx
