Abilify is a very helpful med for some. For me it certainly was not. While being on this med for four months I felt extremely agitated, couldn't sleep, and wanted to crawl out of my skin. My Pdoc took me off of that med and put me on Depakote. It took a month before I began to come down out of the rafters. Just my experience.
