Withdrawl from Nembutal addiction would be tough. It also can be lethal due to rebound seizures, etc. Xanax withdrawl can have the same sort of problems, but not as lethal. Paxil & Effexor might cause a lot of pain, especially if you go cold turkey, but there is no chance that it's going to kill you like Barb or Benzo withdrawl.
