Hi.My first suggestion would be to bring sulpiride along with you just in case Abilify does not work well enough. I know of one case where Abilify 40mg did not serve as an adequate substitute for Risperdal 3.0mg to prevent a psychotic mixed-state in someone who is bipolar. Since you might not relapse immediately after discontinuing sulpiride, it would be difficult to guarantee so soon that Abilify will work well so far into the future. Definitely play it safe.
