O.K., I don't want everyone to go wild here but I've been on Provigil for about a year to counter-act a side effect of Lithium. I've been diagnosed bipolar for years and I've tried everything under the sun. Most of us know that antidepressants have negative sexual side effects (except maybe Desyrel). Now, here is the question, and I'll try to phrase it so I don't get into trouble with Dr. Bob, has anyone noticed that Provigil dramatically increases the magnitude of, oh, how shall I say it, the moment of truth during sex. I was somewhat shocked the first time I noticed it (immediately after I started taking it). I havn't noticed any other sexual side effects but WOW!!!!!!!
