My doctor explained to me the reason why they never put me on wellbutrin is because it causes an edginess and if I'm already overly anxious, this would only make things worse.
I have to say that I slept very well last night! I was very drowsy last night, but I didn't know if that was from the meds or because the night before I had stayed up most of the night ( my kitten just got fixed and he wouldn't stop crying!!! but usually I can go a night without much sleep and still have plenty of energy. )But I laid down and went RIGHT to sleep, and woke up feeling refreshed for the first time in months! I consistently have terrible, upsetting dreams and sleep fitfully. I always wake up feeling very disoriented and drained, like sleeping actually took my energy away!
I don't remember what I dreamed last night, but I know it was pleasant. How wierd!
