I take Nardil (an MAOI) and do have a bracelet, as MAOIs can have nasty interactions with various other drugs, particularly with some anesthetics.

With Zoloft & other SSRI's you only need to worry about other drugs that raise serotonin levels. Demerol & Tramdol are narcotics that raise serotonin, but you aren't likely to get these in an emergency suitation.
