Well, for me it was 12 weeks before the side effects were really gone. Missing or skipping doses would probably not be the best thing. If you can, I would stick with it. My headaches are gone, the agitation is gone, the sweating is *better*, and I do take Ambien to help with sleep. I take 300mg of Wellbutrin XL and 150mg Effexor XR.
For me this combination works. It was a very rough road for me, but I am glad I did as my depression lifted, my motivation and energy level are miles better than on anything else I've taken.
