Dextromethorphan is also an NMDA antagonist. Is that available in Canada? It's available over the counter in the U.S. Besides, a lot of the people on this board who use Memantine and Acamprosate did not get it in from their own country. I don't know about Canada but here in the states it is legal to import a three month's supply of meds from abroad with a prescription. Then there are those who manage to import without a prescription (though of course I would not recommend anything illegal).
What about increasing the Parnate as Sad Panda suggested?
