I am also noticing that I am irritable, no crying but definitely snapping at my partner and family. I have been on Lex 10mg now for 16 days. I have my fingers crossed that it is going to get better. I feel pretty good otherwise. I take my med before bed, and I sleep pretty much straight through the night without feeling too tired the next day.
I read in one of the above posts that it takes 4-6 weeks to fully kick in. I hope it happens that I notice a real difference as well. When I tried Effexor I felt great pretty much immediately but the SE's didn't ever subside.
