I took up to 800 mgs. daily for a year and then about like you for another couple of years, more like 200mgs-400 mgs daily. It's being taken off the market I read, here in Europe. It's not used in USA, or so I hear. Sulpiride can make prolactin fly sky high, causing lactation even in males and other problems along that line. So get your prolactin levels tested, and keep up with it over time for changes. Aside from that it has the usual possible side effects of movement problems, etc. A low dose is bound to be better for you in that way, I imagine. As for how it worked---it was like magic sometimes for my fuddleheadedness and just really cleared my mind and made me feel fresh and light. Not zombie like, not drugged. I wish someone could make a similar med that feels as good to take. Not good as in euphoria or addictive, just sort of like I had a nice good sleep and untroubled mind, anxiety pretty low, and feeling pretty well. Hope this helps a little
