Hello. I started on Lexapro one week ago (10 mg). So far, side-effects are not too bad. A little nausea, fatigue, etc. Basically bearable. This is the first medication I have tried for depression/anxiety.
My question is this--I think I am already noticing some relief, but I am SO preoccupied with whether it is working that my judgement is clouded; the focus of my anxiety/worry has partially shifted to whether or not I am feeling better. Has anyone experienced this? If so, once the meds truly start working, do issues like this clear up to some extent?
I am optimistic about this drug, but could use a little advice/reassurance on this front. Thanks.
