I haven't noticed any increase in anxiety, but I did take a mental health day yesterday from my dissertation. I tend to do that when I am more depressed. But it's hard to say, because I had just put in a very intense effort recently. Plus with some other stuff going on (car wreck and upcoming surgery for my Mom), there is definitely an increase in stress. Maybe not best time to decrease! :)

Thanks, sorry you have to deal with them too. I have them so much, the repertoire of dreams that accompanies them (usually just falling or tripping on something) has expanded to include all kinds of movements.)

I wish I knew what caused them.
