meds causing elevated triglycerides?

Posted by Donna Louise on June 5, 2004, at 7:34:43

Howdy doo, I am wondering if one or more of you folks know if any of these psychotropic meds cause elevated trigs? Mine have been steadily increasing since last year when I added provigil and have taken a big jump when I started strattera. (300+)That is my trig # not the stattera dosage! which was 25mg. I have quit taking it for several reasons so will retest in a month. Other maintenance meds are prozac and buspar. All my other lipid levels are great. Low cholesterol and high HDL, glucose good at 80. I am adopted so don't know genetics.
Thanks for info!!!

Donna
