I had to try many different meds and combinations to get to the right "cocktail" for me. Getting the medications, dosages, and timing is an art rather than a science, in part because of our highly lauded uniqueness. You can't just take a diagnosis and say, "take this, it works for that condition". In my case once I found the right medication, it took months (yes, months) before I felt the full benefits.
Please don't despair - and try to work closely with your doctor to monitor how you're doing.
