Couple of days, i think. I started feeling racy and happy on day one with a minor headache and photo sensitivity (i quit cold turkey, did not taper) that went away by day 3. By then I had already started cycling.Trileptal has a 9-hour half life, for most people it should be out of the system in 2-3 days
