I went from 10 to 20mg with no recurrence of bad side effects, felt relief within 2-3 days. A few months back I started feeling like Lex wasn't working so well, and I couldn't get in to pdco, so I increased to 25mg, with no effect for couple of mos. before I could get an appt. Once I saw pdoc he px'd increase to 30mg, and that has helped.
