Hi BTR,
It took me about 8 to 9 weeks before the tiredness went away. My 5th. week I was ready to throw the towel in but reading all the posts on lex this was normal so I stuck it out. I am doing great on it now. I have been on lex 4 months & feel great. Also on remeron & klonopin but at very low dosages. Hope this helps you. Stick with the lex for at least 3 months. I know it's rough but well worth it.
