I'm at the point where I just have to love it. Tryed a lower dose, that didn't last one day. Anxiety, thoughts about the low dose not working so much that I was obsesivly worried about it. So I took the extra, and was ok in less than an hour. Atleast I accomplished one thing. I don't need the 10 mg dose as much anymore. So I take 7.5 mg. Looks like I will be here for a long time. Probably atleast anouther year. I have not still fully accustomed myself to 7.5, but it still is better than 10 mg all the time. Side-effects are much more managable. I guess 5+ years of 10 mg dose, means more than 6 months at about 7.5 mgs most of the time.
