> Michael, I think we're both suffering from precisively the same condition (social anxiety which is only partially treated by klonopin). I take amisulpride (25mg twice a day) and I hardly notice it. When I first started it, it had an activating, energizing affect. But amisulpride quickly fades. I have no idea about NMDA antagonism as an anti-tolerance mechanism. If you could, please explain why such a compound could prevent tolerance.

Have you considered upping your amisulpride dose? I believe I read that most people using it for social phobia take 50mg twice a day, and some take up to double that. Beyond that, apparently, its other uses kick in.
