Well, my opinion is that this is not necessarily bad advice and something I might suggest myself, as this is the type of action that is commonly undertaken to determine the source of allergies. If you feel you can't live without the Focalin, you may wish to call into the doctor's office and ask that a message be relayed to him to suggest an appropriate antihistamine, perhaps something you could buy OTC.
