does anyone know the highest dose a doctor can give out of Neurotin? I am highly concerned right now for my husband that suffers from neuropathy from diabetes. 3 yrs ago a pain specialist in MI put him on 300 mg for pain and sleeping help...........now fast forward to 2004
He is now taking 2400 mg a day (3-800mg pills)
and was told they will up it again!!!now with my research and things I have heard on Tv lately that this drug is to prevent seizures!!!
nothing I have read says anything about sleep or for pain caused by neuropathy........
comments? suggestions? etc etc just answer this post ASAP please..........concerned madly about the doses here!
