I have been on Topamax for a year and the hair thinning has just started about 2 months ago. I am also on Synthroid for a thyroid condition and that causes hair to fall out also. I used to take Evening Primrose Oil but now I think it doesn't mix with some of my meds.I need to go to a drug/herb interaction site to check it out again. It really works well with hair fallout after about two weeks of taking it. My hair is now coming out in globs, scaring the **** out of me! I am actually afraid to wash it.
Have you had your thyroid checked? Why are you on Topamax? Headaches? Just curious if you don't mind me asking
