Have you done a trial of Inositol. This is probably the best researched supplement to be used in OCD. According to some researchers, the serotogenic medications work because they activate the phosphatidl-inositol cycle.
It's worth a try. It certainly made me less obsessed, although it may have made me slightly manic.
