Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to let you guys know I am finally off of Effexor. It was 4 days of hell and then it went away. The brain zaps were the worst part of it all. But what I did was go to acupuncture, detox massage, I worked out everyday (even when I felt like not moving) and took all my vitamins. Basically I did everything I could to get it flushed out of my system.
I am NEVER EVER going to go on Effexor again. Withdrawing is tough but I think if you focus on recovering and helping your body rather than the withdrawl symptoms it will help a lot.
