To be honest distants is not such an issue for me. I've resigned myself to having to travel to get decent treatment.
My family live in Cambridge so London is really close, but traveling realy doesn't bother me.
I went from York to Bath in a day! Just so I could see Dr Cosgrove, an ADD specialist.
So any good doctor any were would be worth knowing about really.
