You know, I think its important to mention it to your doctor that you're worried about the weight gain. For me I told her fair and square : weight gain is unacceptable for, if I gain weight, I'm not going to be medication compliant ... so she gives me meds that do not induce weight gain.
An intelligent doctor will take it into account ... so long as there are other alternatives, its in their best interest to make sure side effects are not killing any hopes of compliance ...
