You say Remeron is giving you nausea? If so, thats a pardoxial side effect as Remeron is an anti-nausea kind of drug. The hangover effect doesn't last too long, for me it has long gone, but I still go to sleep immediatly my head hits the pillow. (A nice change from 30 years of insomnia for me) Hope you have as much luck with this combo as I have had, for me it seems that one eliminates the side effects of the other for me.
