how long have you been on prozac? has your dose remained stable? a lot of people with bipolar disorder cannot take ADs (usually become more unstable). If you are certain it isn't the prozac, then I don't know- lamictal was very stimulating for me- maybe you can divide your dose tid instead of bid?
