I didn't think it was too bad for OCD, similar to Zoloft. After spending years alternating between those two drugs, I gained some insights into my OCD and find that it is permanently reduced but not completely eliminated. Still, it is far less debilitating than it was. I'm mainly a "checker" BTW--in particular, making sure doors are locked and things are turned off. I also have a few perfectionist issues reminiscent of your wardrobe dilemma.
