> Wondering if anyone takes Serzone. It worked for 1 month and then I got my period and it stopped having any effect.(that was 6 yrs ago) Now I am in menopause and desperate and frustrated by all the fatigue (in bed for 3 mos) What drugs are similar to Serzone? I have probably already tried some of them with no success.

Hi
Have you ever tried Tricyclic AD's? I can't tolerate the SSRI's or alternatives like Wellbutrin. i get angry, hostile, anxious, even on low doses. You might want to try a tricyclic like Nortriptyline or amitriptyline...They take a little longer to kick in, but eventually, one might be a good alternative to Serzone.
Hope you feel better
Chloe
